CODE OF CONDUCT
Inotech Global Solutions is dedicated to upholding the highest legal and ethical standards in all our operations, fostering a strong corporate culture in business ethics. We expect all employees, regardless of their position within the company, to strictly adhere to these obligations. Since integrity and fairness form the foundation of our success, employees must take full responsibility for treating everyone with honesty and respect. Therefore, failing to meet these responsibilities will lead to disciplinary action, including immediate termination if necessary.
Employees at Inotech Global Solutions ensure and monitor compliance with this commitment. If anyone becomes aware of a violation of legal or ethical obligations or notices unfair treatment of personnel, they must report it immediately to the Human Resources Department. By doing so, we can promptly investigate and address violations while implementing corrective measures when needed. Consequently, empowering employees with the responsibility to uphold ethical standards strengthens our corporate culture in business ethics, allowing us to maintain our reputation and integrity.
Employees should report policy violations without fearing retaliation. They can submit reports confidentially to the Human Resources Department, ensuring the company handles the information with discretion while fulfilling legal obligations. Furthermore, those who prefer anonymity can still report without revealing their identity.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
a) Inotech Global Solutions actively promotes the best interests of our clients. Because we operate globally, we collaborate with external programs and contracts. Maintaining strong relationships with external organizations, individuals, and employees remains crucial, as these connections result from long-term efforts and significant investments.
b) As a result, protecting our financial interests and the livelihoods of employees requires strict policies. Employees must follow the conflict-of-interest policy while recognizing the company’s right to demand undivided loyalty.
c) Every employee has a duty to prioritize the company’s best interests. For this reason, they must avoid any actions that conflict with company interests or harm relationships with customers, potential clients, or external entities.
d) Employees agree that they will not interfere with company relationships with any employee, consultant, representative, or external organization.
e) Protecting confidential information and trade secrets is critical for Inotech Global Solutions, its clients, and employees’ future security. Employees cannot disclose trade secrets or confidential information. If they access sensitive or proprietary data, they may need to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Disclosing such information improperly will result in disciplinary action, including termination.
f) Since Inotech Global Solutions expects full-time employees to dedicate themselves entirely to their roles, outside activities or employment must not interfere with their duties or create conflicts of interest. If employees remain uncertain about how external activities might impact their responsibilities, they should consult the Human Resources Department before proceeding.
g) When relationships not covered by this policy create conflicts of interest, Inotech Global Solutions will take appropriate action. This may include reassignments, transfers, or disciplinary measures to protect business interests.
REPRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY
Employment at Inotech Global Solutions does not automatically grant employees the right to publicly represent the company. This applies to making press statements or issuing reference letters on behalf of the organization. Only authorized personnel may act as company representatives.
TRADE SECRETS AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Inotech Global Solutions requires undivided loyalty from all employees. They must avoid any actions that could create conflicts of interest or even suggest the appearance of such conflicts. Protecting confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information remains essential for the company, employees, and clients. No employee should use or disclose confidential information without authorization, especially in a way that harms company interests.
ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS
Employees cannot accept personal gifts or benefits from customers or suppliers without prior management approval.
